The Bardolatry Series includes some of Stuhrling Original’s greatest examples of exceptional craftsmanship, both in the look and feel of the watch, and in the overall design. Take note that every member of this series is a skeletal timepiece, and each contains a mechanical automatic movement: our way of keeping up with a classic and elegant theme. These magnificent timepieces are also named after characters and plays by William Shakespeare, another way of paying tribute to rich and classic history. However, our homage would not be complete if we didn’t include an example of watch-making at its very roots: a pure mechanical timepiece. That being said, we are proud to introduce the Montague.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This watch is absolutely gorgeous. The texture on the face between the numbers doesn’t look as noticeable as it does in the pictures, it looks much more subtle/better in person. It can be a little hard to read, especially in the dark since it doesn’t have anything luminous on it, but that adds to the kind of charm this watch brings to the table.
